Speedy deletion nomination of Camp Rock, The Series
editA tag has been placed on Camp Rock, The Series, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

editHello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as on Articles for deletion/Glee (Season 4), you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. editYour addition to Glee (season 5) has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Ijoshiexo, first you took the material about the five new roles from the Ausiello article and made a few minor changes, which left it as an extremely close paraphrase, and a violation of Wikipedia's copyright guidelines. Then, when I removed it as infringing, you not only restored the material, but this time it was a direct cut and paste of the original, except for a minor modification at the very end. This is a serious issue, and one I hope you will be careful about in the future. BlueMoonset (talk) 13:53, 1 August 2013 (UTC)

editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

Degrassi season 14 TV Movie
editHello there! Thank you for your concern regarding the upcoming Degrassi movie. Your contributions are greatly appreciated since the number of dedicated contributors has dwindled greatly over the past couple of years. I see your concern with me hiding the final four episodes from the episode list. I have seen MTV's tentative schedule, even before "Don't Look Back" was added to the episode list. However it is a tentative schedule and is constantly changing, so even if it does air on 2 August 2015, there has been no official statement released by the network and there is no designated author for the MTV tentative TV schedule. All future information needs a reliable source, so at this time, keeping the final four episodes hidden is what follows Wikipedia's guidelines the best. Like previous movies (e.g. Degrassi Goes Hollywood), the individual episodes have their own names (e.g. Paradise City, Parts 1 through 4). For the upcoming movie, currently named "Don't Look Back," according to MTV's tentative schedule, the individual episodes are called "Summer Girls" parts 1 through 4, rather than the movie being called "Don't Look Back (Summer Girls)." For the final airdate on the season 14 table, this season is still airing, so even with a reliably sourced final airdate, it needs to say that it's still present on the airwaves. I hope this helps clear up any confusion! Your contributions are still greatly appreciated. Much Love, DiamondMonster (talk) 16:36, 21 July 2015 (UTC)

Hey, I added that because its a season one episode! I just watched the episode and the writers have stated several times that it is from season one. The production code is 119. 219 is "Girl Meets Sludge" and IS a season 2 episode. Girl Meets Fish was moved to season 2 since Disney had a "Who Done It" or whatever weekend and it fit the theme. That twitter page is their page. Ijoshiexo (talk) 03:03, 28 July 2015 (UTC)

How do I make a second "(list of episodes)" on an article? Like, they have one for the first incarnation of the series now I need to link one for a second page. So how do I do it?
Please help me with... making a link for it in the infobox

- Hi, Ijoshiexo! Which articles are you linking together? Thanks, Rotideypoc41352 (talk) 06:19, 5 August 2015 (UTC)
- @Rotideypoc41352:, hey there! I guess I should have deleted this section but I no long need help on that part haha. I do need help on splitting the episodes from 20 to 10 & 10 each for season 1 here. Its been confirmed it'll be split into two chapters (20 episodes, but 10 for each chapter) and I want to split the episode count up.Ijoshiexo (talk) 06:24, 5 August 2015 (UTC)
- Ijoshiexo, if all 20 episodes are considered 1 "season" then it should stay as one page. The page itself can be split into separate Chapter 1/2 subsections, but I think at this point (with the information currently in the draft) there is no point in splitting the season in twain. Additionally, I think that further discussion about any potential splits should be taken to the talk page, just so that more editors can become involved and offer input. List of Degrassi: Next Class episodes
editHi Ijoshiexo. I noticed on List of Degrassi: Next Class episodes you reverted an edit by 74thClarkBarHG (talk · contribs) redirecting the article to Degrassi: The Next Generation. Personally, I feel it is too early to create a list for the article at this time, because there are currently no episodes available to list. All of the content in the list right now is duplicative of information in the main series article. Redirecting makes sense—when and if more information becomes available for a substantial episode list to be created, the redirect can be undone and turned back into an article. Until then, I think it would be better if we put everything that we do know at the "Degrassi: Next Class episodes" section of the Degrassi: The Next Generation article. Thanks, Mz7 (talk) 18:38, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Mz7:, I understand where you're coming from. The page was only created because we had an episode count and when it would air (just not the exact day). I've noticed many other show pages had done that as well so I decided to do it for Next Class. But if you feel like it shouldn't be there yet, then maybe we should do what 74thClarkBarHG did. Thoughts? Ijoshiexo (talk) 21:58, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
- That sounds good. Like I said, I personally feel this would be best for the encyclopedia in this situation at this time. When more information becomes available in the future to support expanding the list, that's when we should undo the redirect and start the list. I appreciate your reconsideration. Thanks, Mz7 (talk) 01:58, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Ijoshiexo: I reverted your edits that restored the article back to the List of Degrassi: Next Class episodes page back to a redirect. The situation is no different now than it was two months ago when both myself and @Mz7: reverted your edits by making the page a redirect. I thought you two had come to an understanding two months ago about this issue but I guess not. I don't know of any pages that have had a List of Episodes page without any episodes listed on the page. I would like to know what pages you are referring to about that. Before you revert my edit again, please help resolve the issue on your talk page in this conversation. 74thClarkBarHG (talk) 10:25, 24 November 2015 (UTC)
- @74thClarkBarHg: I thought that once we had an airdate, it would be okay to put the page back up. If not, I'm sorry. I'll wait till we have the first episode title. But we do also have an airdate now. Sorry for the confusion. :)

- Just because there's one episode title doesn't mean that there should be an episode list. All of the content in the list right now is duplicative of information in the Degrassi: Next Class (season 1) article so the article is still unnecessary. I don't know why you want there to be a List of Episodes article so badly when it's unnecessary. 74thClarkBarHG (talk) 00:51, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- @74thClarkBarHg: We're going to add on to that list. Just because there's not 2 or 3 titles does not mean we can't have the page. Plus, we already know the airdates for the first ten episodes (in Canada AND Internationally) but I decided to wait to put those up. Some pages put the episode lists up with JUST the airdates, I decided against that for this one and to wait. We have an episode and its airdates, so the page should stay. You did say we didn't have any episodes before, now that we do, there still shouldn't be a page? It's also not unnecessary. EVERY show has one and so should Next Class. Ijoshiexo (talk) 02:34, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. Degrassi: Next Class
editHello, so it appears per this discussion that you're probably right about Netflix being a producer of Degrassi: Next Class, so sorry about that. I've updated List of original programs distributed by Netflix and {{Netflix}} to reflect this. However, please could you follow the guidelines. We do not add red categories to articles per WP:NOTRED and season articles should not be categorized by broadcaster (for example, The Big Bang Theory is included in Category:CBS network shows, but The Big Bang Theory (season 1) is not). Also, with the Degrassi: The Next Generation article, only original broadcaster is included per Template:Infobox television. Thanks, happy editing. --Rob Sinden (talk) 09:22, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
- Oh, and regarding the U.S. dates on the season article tables for Degrassi: The Next Generation, these should not be there per WP:TVINTL, WP:NOTTVGUIDE, as they are not notable. This is a Canadian show, first broadcast in Canada on a Canadian network. When and where it was shown in the U.S. (or Australia, India, UK, New Zealand, etc, etc) does not belong on these tables. See Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television#Degrassi season articles. --Rob Sinden (talk) 15:23, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
File source and copyright licensing problem with File:BarbeHighEntrance.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:BarbeHighEntrance.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. (ESkog)(Talk) 18:08, 5 May 2016 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:JunesDiary.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:JunesDiary.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Majora (talk) 01:27, 30 October 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 5
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Raven's Home, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Spinoff. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Orphaned non-free image File:Retouched-degrassi-gallery-june-24-20147152.png
editThanks for uploading File:Retouched-degrassi-gallery-june-24-20147152.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 20:12, 25 May 2017 (UTC)
Non-free rationale for File:DegrassiNCClassOf2016.JPG
editThanks for uploading or contributing to File:DegrassiNCClassOf2016.JPG. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
ATTENTION: This is an automated, bot-generated message. This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 03:00, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
