purpose of article talk pages
editThe purpose of article talk pages is to discuss the associated Wikipedia article, and to suggest ways to improve the article. They do not exist to discuss the subject of the article. Also, Wikipedia is not a soapbox to share your opinions with the world. AecisBrievenbus 16:08, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
- I repeat: please do not use article talk pages as soapboxes for your opinions. AecisBrievenbus 17:33, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
- Please stop. If you continue, you risk being blocked from editing. If you have anything to say about the Wikipedia article itself, you can do so on the article's talk page. But essays about the subject of the article belong on your own website or blog. AecisBrievenbus 17:57, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
- This is the final warning you will get. If you continue soapboxing, you will be blocked from editing. AecisBrievenbus 11:44, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
