I see you have an interest in the hedge fund industry, that's great. I look forward to working together. Cheers! --KeithbobTalk 13:00, 30 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi Keithbob, yes I've been cleaning up citations on these hedge fund pages. Thanks for contacting me, it's my first inter Wikipedia communication, is it called a discussion or is that something else? How do we work together work? (This is all very new to me). Thanks HaroldErica (talk) 21:44, 31 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
Hi HaroldErica, yes this is talk page discussion vs. article page discussion. On your User Page here we can discuss general topics about either of us as editors. For discussions on article topics we will use that articles "discussion" or "talk" page. Let me know if you need help with something by leaving a message on my talk page. It appears the hedge fund articles really could use some clean up and development. Your help is really appreciated. Cheers! --KeithbobTalk 13:32, 2 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Cind.amuse (Cindy) 05:31, 5 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Winton Capital

edit

Hello HaroldErica, a few weeks ago you created a new article about the British investment management firm Winton Capital Management. Following that, it so happens that someone from Winton asked me to see if I could continue to improve it, so I've now posted a much more complete version in my user space (see here) and posted a request on the Winton Talk page (see here). I'm not sure if you're still active on Wikipedia, but if so I'd like to get your feedback and perhaps your agreement to update it with my new version. Let me know what you think. Cheers, WWB Too (talk) 22:07, 12 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
