Speedy deletion nomination of Viken Joshi

I have moved the page to Draft:Viken Joshi. It will need significant work, and better references. The content should be a summary (in your own words) of what reliable third-party sources such as newspapers or reputable magazines have reported about Joshi, without embellishment.
