It'll take some time. Administrators have to go through a nomination process and get approval from the editing community. To get that approval, you'll need to have experience on Wikipedia (months, if not years) in a variety of areas (creating articles, editing, formatting, deletion discussions, etc.)

So, the short answer is, certainly not in the next 30 minutes. Maybe 30 months from now. —C.Fred (talk) 04:25, 13 February 2016 (UTC)

I have no idea why you are cut and pasting entire articles to this page, but it needs to stop.
