EVERY 3 SECONDS...
editHi! I'm not a native English speaker, but I think, that phrase would sound better: "EVERY 3 SECONDS A CHILD DIES BECAUSE OF EXTREME POVERTY". Best regards, --CodeMonk 19:50, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

Changed reference of Kirby page comic's from Nintendo Power to Club Nintendo
editIn the "Manga and Comics" section of the Kirby (character) page, you changed (diff: [1]) the "Nintendo Power" reference to be "Club Nintendo." The comics appear to be from the 90s (judging by the cover art and Kirby's appearance, they appear to be promoting the NES game), and they're hosted on the Nintendo-Power.de web site. Why do you think they're from Club Nintendo? - Kubito (talk) 18:28, 18 May 2009 (UTC) Edit: I see that Club Nintendo existed during that time... I guess we can leave it, but do you know if they were published under Club Nintendo-branded magazines or something? Kubito (talk) 22:23, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
Have you thought about nominating this article for good article status? It needs a bit of work, but I think it comes close to meeting the criteria. Viriditas (talk) 03:09, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
- Same with kobold. Viriditas (talk) 03:17, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
- So you think that I did a good job on this article? Thanks! But I think there's still quite a few content missing. There needs to be more information on characterisation, it isn't clear what roles this character actually has in his many appearances. And more reception information. I haven't experienced the country of East Germany myself, I grew up in reunited Germany. Almost all the information is gathered from the Internet. And another problem is the many, many red links in the article. I don't think a GA-status article should have that many red links. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. :-) In case of the kobold article, I didn't made any major contributions. --Grandy02 (talk) 10:10, 26 September 2009 (UTC)

Zelda Wiki
editHowdy! Would it be safe to assume that you're the same Grandy from ZeldaWiki.org? Just figured with you editing the "Tingle" pages. How's everything going? (It's Alter) —Resound (talk) 21:22, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
- Hello, and Happy New Year! Yes, I am, nice to see you around. :-) I'm fine, thanks for asking. --Grandy02 (talk) 00:02, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks! Hope you have a great one, too! Miss seeing you make a few edits there. :( Anyway, have a great one! —Resound (talk) 00:20, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
Tingle in my Pocket
editHey, it's Alter here again. I'm no longer at Zelda Wiki, and have started a project of my own. I think that you may be interested in it. Anyway, there's a new Wiki in town, titled Tingle in my Pocket. The website can be found here: http://www.zeldainmypocket.com/wiki/Main_Page. If you're interested in helping out at the Wiki, or the main site, let me know! —Resound (talk) 05:28, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hello Alter. I really like the idea of a Tingle-centred site, but I'm quite busy at the moment, so I won't able to attend a totally new project, but thank you for telling me about it. I might join later, but not within the next few weeks. Good luck with the new wiki! :-) --Grandy02 (talk) 15:10, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hey, thanks! Yeah, there's no rush, but it'd be cool if you ever find the time to make a few edits. It's movements like this that'll help the game's popularity. :) Anyway, I hope to see you there at some point! Best wishes. —Resound (talk) 02:14, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

Another Code: Two Memories
editHello, Grandy02. I am currently working on improving Another Code: Two Memories, and I noticed that at one point you had added information to the article from a Japanese staff interview, here. A full translation of this interview would undoubtedly benefit the article. I realize that this is sudden, but I was wondering if you might be able to translate the interview, or even had a translation of it, still. I would appreciate any help greatly. Thank you for your time, 72.69.112.222 (talk) 07:09, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
- That's okay. Thanks, anyway. I think I might ask for a translator at Wikipedia:WikiProject Japan. 72.69.112.222 (talk) 19:44, 27 November 2010 (UTC)
KC 87
:-) --Grandy02 (talk) 16:15, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
- Ok, danke für den Hinweis! Knurrikowski (talk) 18:24, 21 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Replaceable fair use File:Pittiplatsch.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Pittiplatsch.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. KylieTastic (talk) 16:16, 30 March 2018 (UTC)
