Articles
editVery short articles with little content apart from images and templates can be deleted under speedy delete criterion A3. The articles you've created at Grammistes and Grammistes sexlineatus would seem to be on the border of this and could be deleted if they are not expanded. If you intend to expand them could I suggest that in the future you start the articles on user subpages (such as User:Glmory/Grammistes) - where A3 does not apply - and then move them into mainspace when they are acceptable stubs? This is a simple process - you just have to click on the move tab and enter the new title - and the edit history of the page is retained. Regards, Guest9999 (talk) 16:42, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
Multiple articles with the same minor error
editAll the many articles you have created on Perciformes in the past while have an unclosed category tag, appearing like this: [[Category:Pomacentridae]. Thought you should know.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 05:14, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
Good catch, I think I fixed all of them.

Your "factor of 2" edit to Magnetic field
editIn your recent edit to Magnetic field, you request a citation to explain where the factor of 2 comes in. I'm not sure why you need a citation. The equation before it days that . If you integrate to find , isn't it clear that you get the vector equivalent of ? That is, isn't it the case that ? Or am I missing something? —TedPavlic (talk/contrib/@) 22:32, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Your contributed article, Synanceja verrucosa
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Synanceja verrucosa. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Synanceia verrucosa. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Synanceia verrucosa - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.
If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Yunshui (talk) 07:50, 8 August 2011 (UTC)

I just created it only to discover that you'd already created it under its synonym Pseudochromis splendens. Before creating marine species articles, I encourage you to check with http://www.marinespecies.org to determine the accepted name, and to create redirects to the article to prevent accidental duplicate articles from being created. Thanks, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 04:23, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
SpaceX reusable rocket launching system – a piece of baklava for you!
editThanks for your helpful edit to clean up the inadvertant error messages that were in the prose from the use of the {{convert}} template for Mach numbers in the lede section of SpaceX reusable rocket launching system!
If you are willing to help, we could really use one more bit of help with Mach no. conversions on that particular article. After your edit, another editor came along and used a somewhat different template, {{convert/q}}, to get the (previously broken) mph and km/h conversions added back to the article. So far, so good. However, a "B-class article" review was recently done on that article (see the Talk page) and the reviewer suggested that the SI units (km/h) go first, ahead of the Mach no. and mpg numbers. Do you know how to use the convert/q template to achieve that result? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. — N2e (talk) 12:45, 4 December 2013 (UTC) Hi, "Spotted Caribbean stingray" listed at Redirects for discussioneditAn editor has identified a potential problem with the redirect Spotted Caribbean stingray and has thus listed it for discussion.
