The reason left by Chess was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Guerra is a third-round pick in the Puerto Rican pro basketball league and a Division II college player. He's probably not notable based on that, and as evidenced by the several past submissions with no good sources I doubt any new sources are going to appear that will change these declines into an acceptance.

To answer the question you asked on IRC (as I was busy in another window at the time), Chess is an AfC reviewer, and as such if a draft is unacceptable they can decline it as it is written. In this case, they rejected it (meaning "stop wasting your time and ours") because, in their words, Guerra is a third-round pick in the Puerto Rican pro basketball league and a Division II college player. He's probably not notable based on that, and as evidenced by the several past submissions with no good sources I doubt any new sources are going to appear that will change these declines into an acceptance.

It's also worth noting that we no longer presume players who played at least one fully-pro top-league game are notable; you need to demonstrate that he is notable through other means (in-depth sources or meeting either of the criteria at WP:NBBALL). —Jéské Couriano v^_^v ^{a little blue Bori} 01:43, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
