Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Julia Bond appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. Morbidthoughts (talk) 02:24, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Speedy deletion of Bernard morris
A tag has been placed on Bernard morris requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. –Dream out loud (talk) 01:19, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Hi there, sorry but I reverted back your NFL edit to the article. I couldn't find any articles saying that Bolt had considered switching to football. To be honest I'm sure even a local gardening company would love to have a big strong guy like him to help out! Until Bolt actually says anything on the matter I think we should just leave it out. Take care. Sillyfolkboy (talk) 22:53, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
- I'm okay with that. --Iamawesome800 02:45, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
Infoboxes
When players only have one season with a team (such as Oliver Ross with the Patriots) please only put (2008) rather than (2008-2008).►Chris NelsonHolla! 00:55, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I get it, I'll do that from now on. --Iamawesome800 02:10, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
- Cool, thanks.►Chris NelsonHolla! 02:28, 30 October 2008 (UTC)

Cory Boyd
Your recent edits at Cory Boyd do not appear appropriate for Wikipedia. Briefly looking at the recent edits to the page, it seems you were trying to add a copyrighted image to the article. Also, his rating in Madden NFL 09 is not relevant to the article, and him being a free agent in the game is not a mistake.►Chris NelsonHolla! 19:11, 1 November 2008 (UTC)
- Okay. Thank you. --Iamawesome800 19:12, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

Roster editing tips
Just a few based on your recent edits:
- Always put players in alphabetical order within their position group. When you added A.J. Davis, you put him at the bottom of the list, but instead he should be sorted alphabetically.
- Always check the article links for players you are adding (or, search the history of the template and see if you can just copy and paste the link from whenever the player was last on the roster, which will also have the correct number and such). In the case of A.J. Davis, Wikipedia likes to use a space between initialed first names, so it should actually be A. J., not A.J. - also, the correct page is A. J. Davis (American football). You had A.J. Davis.
- Always update the roster count at the bottom of the template. If a player was added to the 53-man roster, then you +1 to that (i.e. change it from 52 to 53). If a player was placed on IR, then you would -1 from the 53 and +1 to inactive. If a player is added to the 53-man roster from the practice squad, then you -1 from the PS and +1 to the 53.
- Always use edit summaries (which you already do)
- Always check the template history if the player was on the team's roster before for a number. Then double check that number against the current roster (to see if it's taken now), and the team's online roster.

I saw it on the Kansas City Star chiefs blog http://chiefsblog.kansascity.com/?q=node/423, although now they've added an update to the article saying he will resign on monday? Not sure what's going on.. Ryan2845 (talk) 17:53, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Requests
When editing a roster template, please specify if a player was signed to the practice squad in the edit summary.
Also when updating a player's page after a transaction, please do everything that needs to be done rather than just changing the team in the infobox. See my edit after yours at Anthony Toribio.►Chris NelsonHolla! 20:22, 13 November 2008 (UTC)
- Okay I have no problem doing that--Iamawesome800 20:23, 13 November 2008 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Bernard Morris
I have nominated Bernard Morris, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bernard Morris. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. User:2008Olympianchitchatseemywork 20:48, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
- Actually, he's notable enough because he was a college player per WP:ATHLETE.►Chris NelsonHolla! 21:28, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
Infobox
When a player gets signed and you put the team in the infobox can you put present after the -, for example I saw that for Kelvin Jimenez you put (2009-), when it should be (2009-present), get what I am trying to say?--Yankees10 00:10, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I get. --Iamawesome80000:24, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
What?
Was the post you just left on my talk page supposed to go on IceFrappes talk? --Yankees10 05:05, 18 November 2008 (UTC)
Above was a mistake, he says that there was an agreement to keep the infoboxes as active, but it seems as though more people are in favor of changing them to retired, so I dont see any agreement, theres a discussion here if you are interested--Yankees10 05:12, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

NBA depth charts
Wow, you "updated" all the depth charts. However, you disregarded the 12 active players rule (on some you had 11, on other 13), injured players (e.g. Michael Redd), font colors (due to incorrect use), playing time (Gabe Pruitt is never the backup PG, it's House), etc. You did an extremeley bad job. Before making changes, please discuss on the talk page. Thank you. ● 8~Hype @ 21:24, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, I guess I miscounted some of the depth charts and I thought I had made a notice that Redd was injured, plus on the source I was using which was CBS it had Pruitt as the backup PG and House as a SG. And I realized I screwed up some of the font colors, but did not know how to change them to what they were supposed to be.--Iamawesome800 21:28, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
Alright, if you want, I can help you and we can fix up all the depth charts. ● 8~Hype @ 09:26, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
- Sure, so how do I change them?--Iamawesome800 01:59, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

Tra Battle
Where did you see he was cut by Dallas and re-signed to San Diego's PS?►Chris NelsonHolla! 18:57, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
- I saw that he was re-signed to the Chargers PS right here http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/transactions but as to where I saw he was cut by the Cowboys, I just assumed that since it said he was re-signed that he was not on the Cowboys.--Iamawesome800 19:01, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
- I've seen stuff saying he was signed off San Diego's practice squad to Dallas' active roster. We'll just have to wait.►Chris NelsonHolla! 19:06, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
Hi, I saw that you tagged the new article Javan gibbon with {{db-vandalism}}. I didn't see anything vandalistic about it. Please remember to be careful when tagging articles for deletion, give specific reasons whenever possible, and watch out for biting the newbies! Regards, FreplySpang 02:00, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
- It was a totally different article when I tagged it, it had like 2 sentences and was a nothing article.--Iamawesome800 02:11, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
- Right, I redirected it from Javan gibbon to Silvery gibbon. The version with your tag is here: [1]. My point is that being short or being uninteresting to you doesn't make it vandalism, it makes it a stub. Vandalism is things like "blatant and obvious misinformation." You need to review the criteria for speedy deletion or at least read the text of the {{db}} templates, and be more careful about how you use them. FreplySpang 02:18, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah I made sure I had read that before tagging article but accidentally placed the vandalism tag instead of a more appropiate tag. --Iamawesome800 02:19, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
