Translation

Hello! Strange request here, but an article about me and my Wikipedia work has been promoted to Good article status at English Wikipedia. I'm curious if you have any interest in translating the entry for Ukrainian Wikipedia? Certainly this is not a priority given everything happening in Ukraine now, but I figured I'd ask since your profile suggests you do translation work. Either way, happy editing! ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:16, 22 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello. My interests are in feminism and women/girls. Currently, during the war, I am working on the intersection of war and Ukrainian women and girls: women in the Ukrainian armed forces, genocidal rape, sexual violence against Ukrainian women and girls by Russian soldiers, femicide, reproductive violence, domestic violence, paedophilic violence, menstrual hygiene access and female wellbeing, during the war, and the preservation of women's war history. All this can be found on my personal pages. If you are able to contribute to the visibility of Ukrainian women in Russia's war against Ukraine and other wars, feel free to spread this material to enwiki. Because I'm sure only in EN-UA translation, not in UA-EN. Franzekafka (talk) 19:30, 22 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for replying. I understand and very much appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia. I had asked in case you were interested in coverage of Wikipedia and/or LGBT topics. Please stay safe and keep up the wonderful work. ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:36, 22 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Mason (talk) 02:14, 10 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
