Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
edit Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Being Human (British TV series) into Draft:Being Human (UK Series one). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 15:18, 27 April 2023 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Xeverything11. I noticed that in this edit to Black Mirror (Series 1), you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Xeverything11 (talk) 20:46, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Black Mirror (Series 1), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you would like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Xeverything11 (talk) 20:48, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
Hello, Finbassett0,
I think you have moved this page around at least four times. That is excessive. Please stop with the multiple page moves. Keep an article in Draft space until it is ready to be be moved to main space and don't move it back and forth between namespaces. This is considered disruptive editing and shows a lack of editing experience. Page moves should be intentional and done once unless there is a talk page consensus to move an article to a different page title. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 07:25, 27 May 2023 (UTC)
- Talk:Black Mirror would be a good place to discuss Black Mirror series articles. It is something I have considered before and decided after much thought to reject. I would be interested to hear why you think they would improve Wikipedia's coverage of Black Mirror. I would note, however, that you seem to be adding copyrighted content to Wikipedia, such as copying official plot summaries at Special:Permalink/1157258111. Please read Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources: with the exception of brief quotations that are attributed in prose and referenced, it is safest to never copy text from outside sources. — Bilorv (talk) 15:02, 27 May 2023 (UTC)
