Bizarre WP:3RR tag

Can you please explain why you placed this entirely inappropriate WP:3RR template [1] on my talk page? I have edited the relevant article precisely once this month, and my previous edit occurred in October. [2] AndyTheGrump (talk) 17:00, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
