Usernames
editFor the record, are you actually Eric Drexler? If not, I'll have to ask that you either get your username changed, or start over with a new account (and in which case, I apologize for the inconvenience since you're clearly being a useful contributor).
If you are... well, cool! Eric Drexler! Wow!
(hey, did you see Charlie Stross's novel Saturn's Children, where the robot civilization is very worried about the out-of-control proliferation of self-replicating carbon-based photosynthetic organisms? They call it 'green goo'.) DS (talk) 14:29, 10 January 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I'm Eric Drexler. I've done many edits over the last several years without being logged in, and still do. I'd guess that the number is somewhere over one hundred; some have been minor, a few were a paragraph or more.
- I haven't read Saturn's Children, but I liked Accelerando enough to recommend it to friends. Eric Drexler (talk) 03:05, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
Voice; ORCID
editHello! As there is a Wikipedia article about you, you are cordially invited to contribute a short audio recoding of your spoken voice, so that our readers may know what you sound like and how you pronounce your name. Details of how to do so, and examples, are at Wikipedia:Voice intro project. Please feel free to ask for help or clarification on the project talk page, or my talk page.
Also, if you have an ORCID iD, you can add it to your user page as described at WP:ORCID, and I'd be glad to add it to the article about you. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 09:33, 2 June 2015 (UTC)
