Hi! It looks like no one has welcomed you to Wikipedia yet. I don't have any fancy template or a list of links to take a look at, but I hope you enjoy your stay.
I noticed you were working on this article, Municipal mergers and dissolutions in Japan, recently. I'm planning to go through and do some copy-editing in the future so apologies if we run over each other during the editing process and I hope you agree with the changes I make.

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Xiaomichel per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Xiaomichel. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.
Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
