It's very simple, do you know how to delete edits?--Spittlespat 23:00, 14 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hey, Eggz! I noticed your post on the talk page of an acquaintance of mine - User talk:Spittlespat - and thought I'd step in for a while (Spittle isn't online as often as I am). You can chat on Wikipedia via an IRC channel, which you can read about at WP:IRC. Don't expect to find me on irc, though - I haven't quite gotten a hold of it yet. :)

I also noticed your post about vandal-fighting. Seeing that Spittlespat isn't quite active at the moment, I suppose I can answer part of your question in the meantime (Spittle can tell you more later if he likes). One good way to spot vandalism is by checking Special:RecentChanges and checking for anonymous users (under IP addresses, which look like a short string of numbers separated by periods). Though not all anonymous users are vandals, most of the vandalism comes from them. Check the diffs by clicking the (diff) link towards the left side of the screen, and evaluate the changes made. Then, if it is obviously malicious, undo the edit and leave a warning at the user's talk page. Warnings come in a few templates, which you can read more about here.

Cheers! And my apologies to Spittle if I'm butting in...but the wiki's pretty quiet now.La Pianista (TCS) 03:30, 16 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
