Working with Eddaido was a joy over many years. He was a meticulous creator of content and a good person. Wikipedia needs more of these. Not anyone's bot. And he was sometimes - occasionally - a bit of a curmudgeon. I enjoyed that bit too, but no doubt that's "my bad". Farewell to a wiki-contributor whom we will continue to treasure in his absence. I know he had lots of siblings, and thereby lots of remoter (and other) rellies. If any of them/you come across this page over the next few days/months/years I wish you all the strength necessary to deal with your shock and your loss in your own way over however much time it should need. RIP Dai. I enjoyed our motor industry conversations, both on- and off-Wiki - you had a huge font of knowledge. May your legacy to Wiki last forever! -- DeFacto (talk). 13:23, 29 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
