Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2006 Georgia state elections, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Mark Taylor and David Burgess. Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Fenetrejones per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Fenetrejones. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text at the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  UtherSRG (talk) 10:36, 5 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I don't have any relation to "fenetrejones". I only have one account on Wikipedia and it's this one. I believe you all have made a mistake. Check the IP Address to make sure DonaldGA4334484 (talk) 22:37, 5 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

It could very well be that you don't have any other accounts, but that would only make this meat puppetry, which is treated the same. If you have no other accounts, you will still need to explain how your behavior matches that of the other user. Checkusers do not do "IP checks" in this situation, per WP:CHECKUSER; "On some Wikimedia projects, an editor's IP addresses may be checked upon their request, typically to prove innocence against a sockpuppet allegation. Such checks are not allowed on the English Wikipedia and such requests will not be granted." 331dot (talk) 08:43, 6 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

the user of "fenetrejones" or @MillerStanIL(Twitter) asked me on Twitter to edit a few pages of Florida politicians adding information about their personal lifes and their religion. There was no reasoning added when "Curbon8" removed the information.I didn't know his account was blocked from editing and I should have considered that before I made the edits to a couple of these pages. I only make Wikipedia style election maps.

Decline reason:

Yeap, that means you have indeed violated WP:SOCK and the block is appropriate. Yamla (talk) 20:48, 6 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Blocked as a sockpuppet

edit
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Fenetrejones per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Fenetrejones. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
