Blocked indefinitely

edit

I've blocked you indefinitely, because of vandalism. I acknowledge this is a somewhat unusual case, and if another admin wants to unblock, that's ok with me. PhilKnight (talk) 13:50, 18 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Account sorted out now

Decline reason:

It appears that this account is too seriously compromised; after three separate blocks for allowing other users to vandalize using this account, I'm reluctant to unblock. — FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 16:15, 6 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This appears to be the third time your account has been compromised and become a source for vandalism. Do you have any specific plan for preventing this from happening a fourth time? -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 13:37, 6 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Users are expected to be responsible for the security of their own accounts. Perhaps this user needs some education? "My account was hacked" should work at most once. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 16:13, 6 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
