Your IP address is a private matter so please do not reveal what it is. Instead, write "MYIP" in any comment that you display here. You say your IP address was blocked. Please explain exactly what you were doing before you saw that message, and copy/paste the exact message (but replace the IP address with "MYIP").

  1. When did you last see that your IP was blocked?
  2. Were you logged in as Cwater1 at the time, or were you not logged in?
  3. What did you do that displayed the message? Did you click "edit" to edit an article?
  4. Exactly what message was displayed?

Concern regarding Draft:Interstate 42

 Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
