Please, could you tell me any advice with "Draft:Hector Izquierdo Triana"? Hector is in charge of the reconstruction from a huge natural disaster: at 85 days, the volcano was the longest known and the most damaging volcanic eruption on Canaries in the last centuries. The total damage caused by the volcano amounts up to 1,000 million euros. The lava flow covered over 1,000 hectares (2,500 acres), prompting the evacuation of around 7,000 people. The lava flow was about 3.5 kilometres (2.2 miles) wide at its widest point, about 6.2 kilometres (3.9 miles) long and reached the sea, destroying more than 3,000 buildings. Hector Izquierdo left his job as Secretary of State of Finance in Madrid (which is a great job) to help his people because he was born closed to the volcano and his parents were evacuated. Last month he was awarded as knight with the Grand Cross of the Royal Order of the Civil Merit (it could be, more or less, like the Presidential Medal of Freedom in the United States or Knight of the Order of the British Empire). You have much much more experience in Wikipedia, could you have a look the draft and tell me what can I do to improve it?

I don't review drafts by request but I did take a quick glance - it seems that the honor would qualify the subject under WP:NBIO. I would make sure all stated facts are backed up by an inline citation, and you could identify WP:THREE best sources on the talk page and draft to expedite the review process.
