Edit on February 2024 California atmospheric rivers

Hey I noticed you made an unsourced contribution to February 2024 California atmospheric rivers claiming that 2 tornados touched down in San Luis Obispo county. I confirmed that there were in fact 2 tornados that touched down and corrected the formatting as well as adding a source.
