Before removing this section of the article again, you should take this to the article's talkpage as this can be a controversial issue. I'd suggest to file a report on the Commons OTRS noticeboard as this might solve the issue a bit faster. You need to include your images ticket number, which was posted together with the blue tag (at the end of the message). I hope this tip helps a bit.
