Yes there's a ton of work to do. I'd say its going to be a project that requires a lot of persistence and encouraging good order and WP Policy in both editing and discussion. My investigation

• While I think some of the IPs you have used could be shared, I believe your explanation falls far short of the complete truth. For example, you have used two different internet providers for your editing, and it seems unlikely that a school would contract with two different providers for internet access.
