Welcome!
editHello, Brojas84, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms our use and policy on paid editing.

Hi Dolotta.
Thank you for reaching out to me regarding my recent edits to the Troy Vollhoffer page. Would you mind helping me edit the content below so it meets the wiki COI requirements and the page can be updated? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
- Country Thunder Music Festivals
- Troy Vollhoffer is the C.E.O. and Executive Producer of Country Thunder.[6] Country Thunder is a music festival brand that hosts several concerts in North America each year. They have operated festivals in Wisconsin and Arizona since 2009, and shows in Saskatchewan since 2005 and in Alberta since 2016. Each festival offers entertainment on multiple stages. The main stage hosts the biggest acts, with new upcoming talent playing throughout the day. The side stage gives local artists the opportunity to perform.
- Festival of the Year
- Country Thunder Wisconsin 2015 and Country Thunder Arizona 2018 were named Festival of the Year by the Academy of Country Music.[10][11]
- Benefit for the Humboldt Broncos
- On Friday, April 27th, 2018 Country Thunder held a benefit concert at the SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to raise money for the families affected by the Humboldt Broncos bus crash.[12] Performers included Dallas Smith, Gord Bamford, Chad Brownlee, Jess Moskaluke, Brett Kissel, and the Hunter Brothers. The event raised over $450,000.[13] Country Thunder and the Country Thunder Foundation were awarded the 2018 Slaight Music Humanitarian Award by the Canadian Country Music Association.[14]

- Brojas84 -- Thank you for reaching out to me! As a first step for managing any conflict of interest, I would recommend looking at Wikipedia's paid editing policy as it applies to you, and complying with its terms. -- Dolotta (talk) 03:18, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
- Dolotta -- I'm not being compensated for the edits. I'm just trying to help a buddy, after work hours. Do you have any recommendations on how I can get the page updated? I'd really like to be done with this project.

My apologies for the long delay in getting back to you, Brojas84. I didn't put your talk page on my watchlist so I just saw your response. I'll take your COI response at face value for now. My main concern with the edit to Troy Vollhoffer that I reverted was that it was off topic. Basically the entire edit related to his company, Country Thunder. As it happens, there is already very similar wording in the company's article so I believe that it is unnecessary to have that information on his article as well. -- Dolotta (talk) 02:37, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
