Can you please explain to me how my edits were not constructive? As for Richard Simmons, I was adding more information about the details related to his death. I thought by adding more information, I was being constructive and helpful. My edits are intended to be in good faith. I hope you understand. 68.106.251.16 (talk) 07:27, 16 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Can I get an explanation of why all of my edits for WICC (AM) were deleted? Even if you disagree with some, weren't any useful? I added info on the two-tower array and directional antenna. Network is CBS now. I changed it to "licensed to Bridgeport" since the station's studios and towers are not in Bridgeport. I added several paragraphs about WICC-TV. Shouldn't we know that this radio station ran a TV station for 7 years? Nothing about the TV station is in this revised edit. I expanded on what the Yankee Network was, since most folks don't know that. I expanded on Bob Crane since most young people don't know Hogan's Heroes. The history section is fairly long. Shouldn't there be subheadings? I tried to break up run-on sentences. Note that the last history sentence is 65 words long. Was none of this helpful? Gregg - nh153 19:37, 18 September 2024 (ET)

"Non-Encyclopedic?" Why?

edit

I find it problematic that you always have a problem with doing the things right thing and just ruin the collaboration of editing. I know why this was the case. There is an active world series going on and yes I knew any overflow coverage might have been problematic hence why WFAN had to do overflow coverage to other stations. Not only that, this was the case prior to 2019. I'm going to stop here but you really need to get your head straight and start thinking carefully. Man, I'm trying to make my edits constructive. I really wish you can understand what I'm doing. 04:17, 26 October 2024 (UTC) 20chances (talk) 04:17, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia, your edit on WFAN was nonencyclopedic in that you failed to articulate why this is notable. Also there was no third-party reliable source for your contribution. Please have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. BlueboyLINY (talk) 04:23, 26 October 2024 (UTC) BlueboyLINY (talk) 04:36, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
I am aware of it and this is a constructive edit. I know I hate to be blunt edited but this source was DIRECTLY from the Station which counts and I do not need to be explained from a 5 year old what it is when I've done edits many and many times (Especially for edits you revert, even without through explaining). I know you are not helping because you don't know how to constructively do things right in making a page right from it. And I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who's talking about it and how I'm trying to express my criticism of your edits. 20chances (talk) 05:10, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
