Dakin Building

edit

Just wanted to say; nice job on the Dakin Building article. Thanks. -- Solipsist 21:26, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Deconstructivism

edit

Hi, thanks for your edit on the see also section of deconstructivism. I notice you link Dakin Building. Can you provide a citation that links it to deconstructivism - the Dakin building article doesn't mention it - and it's not normally cited as one of the notable buildings of the style?--Mcginnly | Natter 22:24, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Architecture Wikiproject

edit

By the way, if you are interested in architecture then you might be interested in joining Wikipedia:WikiProject Architecture. Also, we've been revamping the Architecture Portal and nominations to Portal:Architecture/Selected picture candidates and Portal:Architecture/Selected article candidates will always be welcome.--Mcginnly | Natter 09:01, 17 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Automatic firearm

edit

I pulled the current event tag from the automatic firearm article, as I forsee no changes to the article in light of the incident in Africa. Now if someone built, say, a belt fed .600 Nitro elephant gun specifically for use in poaching elephants, then maybe, but otherwise I'd have to say that there's just not enough connection to warrant it. scot 18:27, 4 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Edit summaries

edit

Please add edit summaries, even when you are evaluating an article for a project. Thank you. Hmmmm, you're the third user whose user name begins with 'A', and is interesting in Bay Area plants and communities and artchitecture. I wonder what this all means? Anyway, please fill out the edit summaries. Thank you. KP Botany 00:04, 17 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
