Yes, in the technical manual (http://www.guadalajara2011.org.mx/documentos/manuales/eng/technical/tm_basque-pelota.pdf) you have tthe information on the sport an the part regarding qualification... I hope that's what you need

I will be attending the ceremonies and very few events, but I won't be there the whole time.
