I have created new ID , yes agreed, but i was in a hurry, this page was useful and not advertising, as told you before ,its just an english version of earlier telugu page, However if you deleted it i ask you to see

1) the content, its regarding a spiritual guru and puja photos 2) if you wish to block the user and account, delete fully like the user names both ANANDAGHANA and SRI.PARAMPARA.VISWAMBHARA

So that i will not use them , someone from my guru disciples may use them properly in near future. Pl respond without fail

I have created UserId: ANANDAGHANA initially as a translated version from Telugu Language to English . The telugu version page is as follows https://te.wiki.x.io/wiki/అరిపిరాల_విశ్వం. The same has been blocked treating it as Promotional / Biographical content. It is not promotional/advt i repeat it . When it was deleted i thought to request delete and started creating another page PAGE= sri.parampara.viswambhara Both ID's are now blocked and pages got deleted. I have got no bad intention, i just wanted to share my guru's bio to the world in english with adding some of his photos. Please unblock at least one page and ( OR) delete/merge the pages. If not possible or VIABLE in criteria according to you, Delete the User Names also : USERNAMES = ANANDAGHANA & sri.parampara.viswambhara so that user ids will be available to other people in my community to spread the words of my guru later when needed Please respond. PL reconsider the UNBLOCKING decision

1) i will do anything mischief or misleading content, all i was trying to do is just translate my guru's telugu people to english for my community people better understanding, this is a religious group and not intended to hurt anyone. Only true translation and with some photos of guruji with explanation of his early life and etc

2) This time i will do drafts in sandbox and when the entire page is done , i will publish it, promise

3) i am reiterating it is just a translation from telugu language to english, and YES it is a bio and useful information given by my guruji

this was the link created by wikipedia automatically and i wanted to make and english copy of it.

(OR) as you have given a feeler , i REQUEST you to kindly make a page based on the TELUGU language version so that i , in person, from your perspective will not look like editing or creating pages. ( USERS can ask wikipedia to create pages on some items , people etc... as it says. so with that equation i am requesting you)

this is not at all a propaganda, my guru he had awarded by government of INDIA which you can see from his search on google. he was a scholar and wrote many books available on net. not at all a propaganda, not even publicity ,

Your appeals to authority are not helping your situation. Do not direct appeals at specific administrators who have already responded. Also, looking at a translation of the Telugu article, it is most certainly promotional, poorly sourced, and would not be acceptable on the English Wikipedia, which apparently has more stringent inclusion criteria and content criteria than the Telugu Wikipedia. This appeal also comes across as a disclosure of a conflict of interest (you are associated with the subject in some way). Therefore you would not be permitted to create this article in main space if you were unblocked. For the final time, you need to explain your understanding of why you were blocked and what you intend to do if unblocked, if you cannot edit on that topic.
