Lolicon definition
editI removed the addition (which someone corrected a typo for) where you added 'underaged' as a requirement. Considering that this is based on artistic appearances and neoteny, it's not a general criteria one would include for this as far as I know. I tried to explain in the history, but this would be a good topic for the talk page if you want to press it because the age of consent/age of majority may be influential factors in classification. Tyciol (talk) 17:15, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
- Re: your reply. If you want to note what something 'mostly' is that is fine. The problem with doing that for art is that it is something based on visual appearance, not on numbers (numerical ages are not given for many characters anyway, and 'underage' is a relative term based on local law. It is not even applicable in a lot of fiction set in other worlds where there are no age guidelines. More adults than you would think look like children or dress like them, especially in Japan's moe culture which emphasizes these traits. What lolicon you have seen is not relevant, as it is based on personal experience. It also depends on who is calling it that. It is possible you have seen things which would also count under this label which you do not consider to based on the preconceived notion that it indicates underage: but it doesn't. It does not exclude underage characters, that's all that it means. Tyciol (talk) 05:23, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
So in other words, Since Anime is just Animation and not accual People, one cant give an Age to to call something "underaged" if its not real. Am I right? But, what do you mean by "Personal Experence"? and lets not forget, Anime these days give Characters, among other things, an Age. But even if there is no Officially Announced Character Age, who is it so difficult to just assume(useing common sence) that the character was created to be a child? What im saying is, its better to say "Underaged and Childlike" then to just say "Childlike" cuz it seems to imply that its an Adult Anime Character who is childish...@_@ Am I makeing any since? --Akemi Loli Mokoto (talk) 14:20, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
Your username may be inappropriate
edit- This is often not a reflection on the user, and you are encouraged to choose a new account name which does meet our guidelines and are invited to contribute to Wikipedia under an appropriate username. If you feel this block was made in error, you may quickly and easily appeal it—see below.
Our username policy provides guidance on selecting your username. In brief, usernames should not be offensive, disruptive, promotional, misleading, or related to a 'real-world' group or organization. Also, usernames may not end with the string "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account.
If you have already made edits and wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name you may request a change in username. To do so, please follow these directions:
- Add
{{unblock-un|your new username here}}
below. This is possible because even when you are blocked, you can usually still edit your own talk page. - At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
- Please note, you may only request a name that is not already in use. The account is created upon acceptance – do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change since we can far more easily allocate your new name to you, if it is not yet used. Usernames that have already been taken are listed here. For more information, please visit Wikipedia:Changing username.
- Alternatively, you can "abandon" the contributions under this username and create a new account, which is much faster and easier, especially if you have few or no edits.
- Add
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
below or emailing the administrator who blocked you. EyeSerenetalk 07:48, 25 June 2009 (UTC)Please see Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Sanity check. You are welcome to work in whatever areas you see fit, as long as all edits are in line with our core site policies, but I've also removed some of the content from your userpage. Your userpage is not actually 'yours' and in no sense private; it belongs to Wikipedia and is provided as a courtesy to facilitate communication and collaboration between editors. Wikipedia is a highly public site, and giving the appearance of advocating material, even jokingly, that (setting aside its dubious legality) most people would find extremely distasteful is not appropriate. Block Appeal...
editTheAnimeElitist (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
(sigh) I know Im gonna Regret doing this but…I have to admit something. I have been Blocked from Wikipedia before. My first Block was when I started high school back in early 2007. My account was blocked for basically using the Talk Room as a Discussion Forum for Debating. I was VERY Immature at the time. After the Ban I created nearly 12 different sockpuppet. The reason was they Protected my Talk location so I couldn’t Issue an Appeal. When the others was created I was trying be constructive but they banned and protected me each time before I could even make a request. After the 10th one(I think), which was banned and protected in Mid 2008, I stopped coming to Wikipedia for a little over a year. In that time I began to realize that I was being a disruptive person and not actually being constructive to improve Wikipedia. So I returned recently with the hope that I could be constructive and prove that I will purposefully break a rule on Wikipedia ever again. But now this has happened. So this is my honest plead. Please, can someone allow me to stay a member at Wikipedia?! You see I have been constructive and not disruptive. I don’t know what to do. I want to be a Constructive Member with Wikipedia but everytime I try to, Im banned. Its been a few years since I was first banned and a year since my last ban. I am able to behave right. Please give me one last chance. Please. Thats all I ask for. I wish I never made those puppets but just...Please.
Decline reason:
Until you are willing to provide a list of ALL of your sock accounts (and I really mean ALL of them), you will continue to be blocked. If you will provide that list, I'll be happy to review your request again and make a determination at that point. You need to come completely clean here. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe 08:28, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Your block is being modified to allow you to respond. Hersfold (t/a/c) 00:39, 26 June 2009 (UTC)

...and I admit they were all my Accounts. Now counting how many there are, I can see why ya have trouble believing my credibility. Most were banned almost immediately due to Sock Pupping. 18 in total between 2006-2009. (sigh) on gosh. That amount of account is Unbelievably Large. I..if there is anyway I can be allowed to keep this account and be allowed to edit Wikipedia, I can assure you 100% that I will NOT break one single Wikipedia Rule. No Flaming, Edit Warring, Trolling, Abuse of Talk Rooms, None of that. I will read the rules like Christians read the bible. Put me on 1 month, 6 month, 1 year, whatever Probation. I have shown with this account that I can follow the Rules(sorry about the Sock Puppet thing). I've shown i can be Constructive. I was Editing an Article that appeared to be roughly Translated from Japanese Wikipedia. no body bothered to even edit it, and it has MULTIBLE Grammar Errors that doesn’t fit with English Standards. So I took it upon myself to Edit the Whole Article. But..that was reversed when this was blocked. One chance is all I ask. That's it. There are no more Puppets that I am aware of. Im sure that wikipedia has listed them all.--Akemi Loli Mokoto (talk) 16:34, 17 July 2009 (UTC)|3=Are there any other accounts that were not tagged as being either confirmed or suspected sockpuppet? \ Backslash Forwardslash / {talk} 23:38, 18 July 2009 (UTC)}}
Note that your attempt to be helpful on List of major crimes in Japan had grammar/spelling errors that made the page worse, such as "Homiside" and "Exact Victim Estimates". If you make more edits like that I will just reblock you. Shii (tock) 00:16, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
- =^_^= Thank you. You will not be disapointed. This is greatly apprecated!--Akemi Loli Mokoto (talk) 14:19, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
- Hey, since I know you're the same person from before, I'll just warn you know to refrain from outbursts on Wikipedia. I think unblocking you goes against some policy, but since you're eager to edit, I think it's okay for you to keep on editing as long as you stay polite and restrained. Shii (tock) 04:27, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
- Please understand, I am not the same person I was a few years ago. Back then I was totally out of control and I am embarassed at my past actions. But today I am a new user! Outburst will remain off wikipedia. I am fully aware of the rules by now. With hope, Wikipedia will disreguard my past and allow me to stay. --Akemi Loli Mokoto (talk) 14:08, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
Cartoon legality
editI've added a description as you requested to the image on Legal_status_of_cartoon_pornography_depicting_minors. Thanks for the suggestion. Feel free to update it if you have any further info. --CygnusPius (talk) 21:24, 19 March 2010 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for June 28
editHi. When you recently edited Sports broadcasting contracts in Japan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page NTV (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Take a look at this
editHello. There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Shii (tock) 06:30, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Might I ask what the hell did I not do while I was sleeping? --Akemi Loli Mokoto (talk) 11:55, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
- Looks like I was mistaken, I really thought it was you. But now "Delicious carbuncle" asked you a question. Shii (tock) 13:13, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
I really don't know what happened. I suspect someone from Twitter that I pissed off is behind it since the person tweeted me(indirectly) moments after the attack on my page. I am not an anonymous person anyway. If I do something, I want EVERYBODY to know I did it. So if for some stupid reason I decided to vandalize my own page, I'd use this username. Not that I would do something like that. What I did in the past is not what I would do now. Looks like I won't be able to rest easy until someone at Wikipedia decides to grant me a pardon and expunge (or forgive) my past bans. Could you put a protection template on my page(but one that allows me to still edit the page)? --Akemi Loli Mokoto (talk) 13:37, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Your user page
editHi, I see the vandalism of your user page has continued from an unregistered IP. I've taken the liberty of semi-protecting it, so that IPs and non-autoconfirmed editors cannot edit it. I hope that's OK - but if it's not what you want, let me know and I'll reverse it. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:02, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
Thank you for that. This is getting child-ish now. At least there is some protection now. --Akemi Mokoto (talk) 10:10, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
