Hello, I'm Greyjoy. I noticed that you recently removed content from List of countries in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Benidorm Fest 2022

edit

If you insist that Luna Ki shouldn’t be there, it has to look like this, cause this was their draws. Don’t you think this looks pretty stupid?

Hi, it would be pretty nice if you stopped deleting Luna Ki from the list of competing acts in Semi-final 1 cause no one performed first in the show cause she was meant to, if that means that you write the wrong draws to each participant, Varry Brava openend the show as 2, and then it goes like this till Chanel closes as 7, and not 6. 83.93.189.28 (talk) 13:12, 22 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Moving draft to mainspace

edit

Hi! If you think a draft article is ready for mainspace, it's better to use the move tool rather than to create the article anew in mainspace, as you did at Netherlands in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022. I've requested a histmerge now though, which should fix it. ―Jochem van Hees (talk) 16:11, 28 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Dancing Lasha Tumbai into Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 01:15, 27 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023

edit

The numbers of votes you added multiple are unsourced. I tried to find a source, but it seems only the vote share and the total number of votes have been published. Please avoid re-adding content if you cannot provide a source for it. Estimating numbers based on percentages is original research. Also, whenever you feel strongly about anything, please discuss first instesd of silently reverting (the BRD cycle). For example, you just again reverted "Vote share" to "Percentage", althoigh I noted in the past how "Percentage" without context doesn't mean anything, thus not being helpful to readers. Why did you delete Israel from the list?

edit

It's important that Israel will host "Israel Calling". If Israel will not participate at Eurovision, there is no reason Israel will host that. However, Israel didn't declare their participation at ESC. Adir David (talk) 19:20, 16 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Gregory. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Sorry

edit

I only just now have noticed you had mentioned me at talk:Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, no notification was sent probably because you added the mention later; sorry about that. I felt removing the longlist was removing essential info on the selection procedure, though you had a point about the percentages in the wildcard table. Since then I have reduced the size of the tables because it did feel like they were in the way of the main participants table. ~ IvanScrooge98 (talk) 08:43, 5 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello; I recently moved this article into mainspace, as it was submitted via the Articles for Creation process. However, the user who had submitted it is now blocked, and you were the primary author of the page. Would you rather the page stay as a draft to be worked on, or in mainspace? Utopes (talk / cont) 17:25, 20 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Utopes Hello, thanks for reaching out. There is very little known about the selection process at this time, so I think it's best this stays a draft for now. Agwjkl (talk) 09:04, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
Alright; it’s now been draftified. Utopes (talk / cont) 10:37, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
