editWelcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Angela Bassett, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. VisioncurveTimendi causa est nescire 04:49, 24 June 2020 (UTC)

editPlease do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Beyoncé. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. Please cite a reliable source that explicitly verifies your contributions. Thank you. isento (talk) 06:28, 12 September 2020 (UTC)
Okay my mistake. Do you mind doing it the proper way yourself, with a clear, bold statement in an article regarding Beyoncé? I think she deserves a bold remark in the first paragraph, similar to the one I wrote, just like Michael Jackson’s page. AfroWorld33 (talk) 00:32, 13 September 2020 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Mike Tyson, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 17:28, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

editRed Grant
editHello, I've moved the article you started to Red Grant (comedian), to distinguish him from the Bond villain. Storchy (talk) 09:34, 16 September 2022 (UTC)
- Is there anything more that you can add? The information that I had typed was a primary source directly stated from the biography subject (his mayor website). Red Grant does have some notability. AfroWorld33 (talk) 18:45, 16 September 2022 (UTC)

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article until the discussion has finished.
National varieties of English
editHello. In a recent edit to the page Metro 2033 (video game), you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.
For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the original author of the article used.
In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. -- ferret (talk) 02:19, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
