Helicopter Link
editHi, someone delete the link you added?--THE FOUNDERS INTENT TALK 13:29, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
- The link was removed because it appears that you are using Wikipedia to promote your website, which is contrary to WP:SPAM and WP:COI. AKRadeckiSpeaketh 16:38, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm going to dial back on my responses. I think you understand what the concerns are and why we've kept removing your link over the last year, whether or not you agree with us. I'd like to point out that I have not removed your link from the Aeronautics page. A. I didn't find it until just before you registered, and B. I believe it actually contributes to a better understanding of that article. So, I don't think I'm totally unreasonable, in my opinion anyways. --Born2flie (talk) 10:18, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
- I never said you were unreasonable. Have a good one.--AeroEngineer2008 (talk) 10:52, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
Your recent edits
editHi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 00:24, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

I noticed your interest in aircraft-related articles. There is a group of editors here at Wikipedia who have come together to form WikiProject Aircraft in order to improve aircraft-related articles. You are invited to check us out and, if interested, join our team. Our project page has a lot of resources as well as article guidelines that you might find helpful.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!
Welcome to the Rotorcraft task force as well. I hadn't thought of it, but I think we have quite a few engineers on the task force and one test pilot (or pilot with test flight experience). You might want to check out WikiProject Engineering also:

An exciting opportunity to improve yourself!
editAs a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 05:46, 21 August 2009 (UTC)
