Hello,
I would like help adding a photo for the page Louis Bell. We have tried to add a photo but it has been taken down because we did not show a receipt for the image. I now have the photo that we would like to be added to Louis Bell's page as well as a receipt for that image to show Wikipedia as proof that we own the image.
