editPlease do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. El_C 14:00, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
Makes sense. Yet people tell me even if I put in the effort and provide sources, some editors won't be satisfied with the sources and dismiss the new article attempt. So why would I waist my time? -176.33.53.10 (talk) 14:03, 23 April 2020 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Eastern Anatolia Region, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 12:11, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. I saw your edits to the draft of Harput Castle, and they are good. If you keep adding more reliable sources, the article will be published. Also, be aware that each claim generally needs to be sourced, so sources will have to be found for the quite complicated history section. Let me know if you need help or have any editing questions.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 14:04, 3 May 2020 (UTC)

edit"It is legitimate info so it stays"
editNo, per WP:ONUS: the onus to achieve consensus for inclusion is upon those seeking to include disputed content.
So, actually, it doesn't stay. Not until there is consensus for inclusion established. Anyway, moreoever, "legitimate" is of course a value judgment, but Wikipedia does not work that way. Anyone can say of anything that it is legitimate. Legitimate to whom? In any case, please do not edit war. El_C 22:08, 5 May 2020 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
