. User:Ymblanter (talk) 09:16, 11 June 2023 (UTC)- Hi. I have been asking to be unblocked. I did not evade anything. I do not understand why you accuse me of "block evasion"? 108.41.98.105 (talk) 16:52, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
- Why do you accuse me of Block Evasion? I did not make any effort to be evasive! 108.41.98.105 (talk) 16:59, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
- I noticed that you have blocked me from posting any appeal on your Talk page. Why? What have I done which violates Wikipedia policy? 108.41.98.105 (talk) 17:02, 12 June 2023 (UTC)

Request reason:
Your reason here: I did not make any attempt at "BLOCK EVASION"
Decline reason:
You yourself admitted to being a blocked user; see here, for example. See also, User talk:Ludvikus. Yamla (talk) 17:43, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Your reason here: I never disguised my identity. Requesting to be unblocked is admitting that I am blocked. It makes no sense to accuse me of admitting to being blocked because I asked to be unblocked. Perhaps someone unblocked me? I never changed my IP number (I'm trying to understand how I am accused of "block evasion." I did nothing to evade my being blocked. I was always the same person, and I made no effort whatsoever of disguising myself as someone other than the blocked person. Now I'm blocked for one year. What did I do wrong? It seems to me this is 1984 at Wikipedia.
Decline reason:
One of those "Useful edits" was you asking on a blocked user's page to be unblocked. This edit came BEFORE the IP was blocked. You are openly evading your block in doing so. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:41, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

PS: I made no attempts whatsoever to disguise my identity. In fact, I made useful contributions to Wikipedia because Wikipedia permitted me to do so. It appears that I'm blocked FOR ONE YEAR only because I made useful edits to Wikipedia: [1].
Dear Wikipedia Editor RickinBaltimore, I think you are mistaken. Do you mean that I asked myself to be unblocked? I did not ask any other blocked user to unblock me. Who is the so-called blocked user that you accuse me of asking that I be unblocked?
- See here. I assume that's what RickinBaltimore is talking about. Are you denying being that blocked user? I think you are confused, Rick never claimed you asked a "blocked user to unblock" you. --Yamla (talk) 19:56, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
Thank you Yamla. I'm accused of EVASION of my BLOCK. But I simply asked to be unblocked. So how am I evasive? If you read carefully why I'm now BLOCKED for ONE YEAR by talk, you will see that I'm accused of EVASION. But that is not true. I simply asked to be unblocked, and I did not contact any BLOCKED USER in my request! I believe that talk was confused about my identity. I never disguised my identity. And all my edited was done with whatever permission I was given by Wikipedia. THERE IS NO EVASION on my part whatsoever. You are interpreting what Ymblanter believes I did wrong. He thinks that I disguised my identity and contacted a BLOCKED user surreptitiously with a request to be unblocked. That is simply false. I did NOTHING which could be reasonably interpreted as an EVASION of my BLOCK!
- And that's enough, I've pulled talk page access. If you want to be unblocked, log into your account and request to be unblocked. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:51, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
