Hello! I am an intermittent Wikipedia contributor, but a frequent user and I appreciate the hard work of so many editors. My primary interest is in writing or editing the few things I know about (although I may not always know as much as I think I do ;) .) In general, I try to spend most of my edits on articles about places I know from work or play in California (my home for the last 16 years) or related to biology (I have a particular interest in wetlands, estuaries, crustaceans, and marine mammals.)
