Not much to say except that I've been involved with Toronto, Ontario fandom for over 20 years and love every minute of it. I've enjoyed my involvement as a committee member at conventions ranging from hospitality services for attendees to working directly with celebrities.
Although I'm from downtown Toronto, my favourite convention is Con*Cept in Montreal.
