Attorney practicing in the U.S., with an interest in languages of all sorts.

I also know kung fu (a little).

My primary focus right now will be translating to and from the Spanish Wiki, although I'd like to contribute to articles in the realm of U.S. law as well.

  • United States v. Snider, 502 F.2d 645 (CA4 1974) — Quaker who asked for 3 billion adjustments on his W-4 was not guilty of making a "false or fraudulent" statement, since the number was so clearly wrong there could be no intent to deceive. He and his wife were not guilty of contempt for refusing to rise upon judge's entry into the courtroom, as there was no disruption.
