Teaprofessor is a somewhat "tongue in cheek" title. After living in China I became fascinated with tea as a beverage. After 6 years as a sincere student of tea I now dabble in the tea trade. I have traveled to Taiwan and China to visit multiple growers & processors, as well as tea pot manufacturers.
I have just added (March 9, 2008) my first article, a biography on James Norwood Pratt. Any help with it would be greatly appreciated, especially the Categories section, which was not included in the original posting.
