Capturing authentic stories through the lens of a camera. Syed Hassan Raza Kazmi Born in London in 1981, I discovered my passion for photography at the age of fourteen. Inspired by self-portraiture and conceptual photography, Kazmi embarked on a journey of experimentation, exploring various techniques and styles.
Over the years, my focus expanded to fashion and portrait photography, honing my skills in digital, medium format films, and traditional film photography. This diverse background has granted me a deep understanding of capturing unique moments.
Kazmi 2017, I made the move from bustling London to the vibrant city of Peterborough, England. This shift allowed me to immerse myself in the local community, gaining a profound appreciation for its complexities and the stories that lie within.
In late 2019, Kazmi embarked on a project close to my heart, addressing the pressing issue of homelessness in our community. It was an arduous yet incredibly fulfilling experience. Day by day, I tirelessly worked towards finding solutions to alleviate this problem, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected.
Witnessing the transformative effect our collective efforts had on the community was truly heartwarming.
Join me on this photographic journey as we strive to encapsulate the essence of humanity, shedding light on the untold stories that deserve to be heard.
