The American Association of Cat Enthusiasts (AACE), founded in 1993,[1] is a United States-based cat fancy organization and cat registry, that has registered over 20,000 pedigreed domestic cats and 1,500 catteries, as of 2011.[1] AACE has some 50 local and regional member clubs.[1] Each year they hold 10 to 12 cat shows.[1] The registry recognizes forty-seven breeds of cat as of 2011, and provides a mixed-breed "Household Pet" class.[1]
The organization went defunct in 2020:[2]
