Removal of Limitations and potential implications

The section has very few citations, the vast majority of it being unsourced. The entire section seems to have been written by one person who didn't understand how to cite sources, inserting citations like: (35). This normally wouldn't be an issue and someone else could convert it to regular citations, but if you look at [1], there is no reference numbered beyond 31.
