Although I did not initially feel a strong sense of belonging to the Syrian identity in my early years, I have since developed a profound connection to both the Syrian identity and the broader identity of belonging to Greater Syria (understood here as a historical and geographical region, not solely the modern state called Syria). This connection has fueled my interest in finding and trying to expand Syria-related topics, ranging from anything such as significant historical events to seemingly minor details like notable local schools or towns. On Wikipedia, I try my best to expand existing articles, organizing and shaping them properly, while also creating new articles about topics that are not yet covered. Most of the articles I start can be minimal at first, as finding reliable information has often been challenging, especially as a result of systemic neglect through the past few decades. However, when I believe a topic is worthy of inclusion on Wikipedia, I create the article with as much information as I can gather, even if it's limited, in the hope that it will be expanded over time—either as more information becomes available or by other contributors interested in developing the content. While not all of my articles are Syria-related, a significant portion of them are, either directly or indirectly. Any connection is sufficient to get me to do my best to grow and improve content.
