I joined Wikipedia in April 2022. My day job is supporting academic research.
To support the careers of women and other under-represented genders in Science Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) I am working to increase the percentage of women's pages and those of other under-represented genders on English Wikipedia from 19.16% as of 21 February 2022.
To this end I attended the Franklin Women Wikipedia Edit-a-thon (April 2022) and have started working on Wikipedia pages of notable Australian women and people of other under-represented genders. Pages I have created:
