I'm a girl who grew up in Indiana (lived there for the first 19 years of my life). After graduating high school, I started attending university where I am working towards receiving a degree in Human resources management. I'm currently engaged to be married once I graduate and have been with my fiancé high school.

My thoughts on Wikipedia

I love the idea of a free encyclopedia that anyone can view and even edit. Even if professors and teachers will not allow Wikipedia to be used as a reference, there are plenty of articles here that have plenty of citations which can be used as references, which makes finding valid information an easier process that it can be. The only thing I would really like to see change is that a policy be implemented that required users to register with the site before being allowed to edit. The only reason I would like to see this is it would cut down on vandalism and give editors a name, instead of just a number, which makes remembering specific editors a lot easier.

  • Expanding articles
  • Shortening articles that are especially long-winded
  • Removing and cleaning up linkspam
  • Reverting vandalism
  • Voting on articles for deletion
  • Nominating articles for deletion

Last notes

  • While I am a very stubborn individual, I do like to be informed when I've made a mistake. Please do so politely on my talk page. If you are not polite, I may possibly either ignore your message or delete it. If you aren't polite from the start, it probably won't get any better if we are having a disagreement. Though more than 99% of the time, I will respond.
  • I understand most policies here on Wikipedia to a pretty high extent. If you break a policy, I will inform you of it, mostly hoping that you learn from it. Please just try to use common sense.
  • I try to help a lot of editors here, particularly new ones who don't know the ropes yet.
  • If you need my help on anything related to Wikipedia, I am more than happy to help you out as best I can. Just leave me a message on my talk page, leave a message on your talk page and link me to it, or email me.
  • I love joining and helping out on Wikipedia projects. If you know of one I may be interested in based on my userboxes, my info here, or my edits, please let me know about it by leaving me a message and, chances are, I'll join and help out in whatever way I can.
