A by-election for the Australian House of Representatives seat of Wentworth will take place following the resignation of former Prime Minister and incumbent MP Malcolm Turnbull, due to his removal as leader of the Liberal Party and subsequently as prime minister as a result of the Liberal Party of Australia leadership spill, 2018.[1]
