CeJay Jenkins (born April 20, 1996) is a American rapper, singer, songwriter, graphic designer, producer, and entrepreneur.[6] A underground figure in popular music, ILLEGAL is credited for his elegant designs and wordplay. He first gained recognition by working with artist in (2007–2021); pursuing a career in music and graphic design. also released a small tape WhatDoYouSeeWhenYouLookAtMe in (2019).
