Mooto Village Mooto is the name of a village in the Congo. It is located in the south of the province of Equator (population range of over 800 inhabitants.),the district of Equator, the territory of Bikoro, and the collectivity of Lake Tumba. The main language of Mooto village is Lontomba which is “… a dialect of the Lomongo language group in the region of Equator or middle Congo.” (R.P. Gilliard)
