About Me
Hello, my name is Sylvain, and I'm French.
I'm a proud dad, an art enthusiast, and a fan of science fiction and comics. I occasionally play video games. While I have some knowledge of cinema, particularly films from the 80s and 90s, I wouldn't call myself a movie buff. I have a passion for pinball machines and arcade games. I have a particular fondness for fantasy and dark fantasy art.
In 2019, I was involved with the Roubaix Comics Festival (in north of France), where I met numerous comic artists. This experience enriched my knowledge of comics, but I do not consider myself an expert, except when it comes to the work of Simon Bisley. I have been following his work since 1990, captivated by his "Batman/Judge Dredd: Judgment on Gotham", his artwork for the video game "GODS" by the Bitmap Brothers, the Lobo (DC Comics) series by Bisley, and the "Sláine" series with Pat Mills.
