I've been editing Wikipedia articles since 2006! Like countless Wikipedians, I've strived to improve/enhance/fix Wikipeida a little bit at a time. Adding a bit of useful information and providing needed citations/references here and there. Over the years, for topics/people that I am passionate about, I've even created brand new Wikipedia articles from scratch! Yes, creating brand new Wikipedia articles take a lot of work and dedication. But I can honestly tell you the bragging rights you earned are priceless! But don't do it for the bragging rights or you may turn yourself into a monster that just wants the fame and glory. You see, I believe good Wikipedia editors are those that are just doing their small parts in fixing/tweaking/enhancing Wikipedia one little bit at a time. Kinda like leaving our world a slightly better place than when we find it.
All the best in your Wikipedia fixing/tweaking/enhancing venture and in life.

P.S. I can't help but pat myself on the back as I just re-discovered my absolute first contribution to Wikipeida on Aug 31, 2006 was only an edit/fix, I actually created a brand new Wikipedia article for James K. Gray who was recognized in 2002 with the Alberta Order of Excellence. OK, bragging aside, I took the opportunity to update the entry with updated facts and also fixing the links broken by the referenced websites. It is far from perfect and can use improvements but I did my small part to make it slightly better.
